Product illumination\/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry. Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted \u0026amp; 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switch, mounted at eye level. The display has 24 hour operation \u0026amp; is factory set to hold food core at 85 deg. C. Modular heater mat elements under the heated ceran glass give even heat spread \u0026amp; the ceran presentation surface makes for easier cleaning.
